Job Description 
Summary
The Rooms Coordinator supports the efficient coordination of room inventory and room assignments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role works closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams to manage room status, accommodate guest preferences, and ensure accurate room readiness in line with daily operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate daily room assignments in alignment with guest preferences, operational priorities, and availability.</li><li>
Monitor room status in the property management system to ensure accurate and timely updates (clean, dirty, inspected, out of order, etc.).</li><li>
Liaise closely with Housekeeping to track room readiness and prioritize cleaning schedules based on arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.</li><li>
Support the Front Desk by providing real-time updates on room availability to ensure smooth check-ins and guest arrivals.</li><li>
Track and communicate special guest requests such as room type preferences, connecting rooms, early check-ins, late check-outs, and VIP arrangements.</li><li>
Coordinate with Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure room allocations are aligned with bookings and operational needs.</li><li>
Assist in managing high-occupancy periods by optimizing room assignments to support maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Support management during overbooking situations by assisting with room reassignments or alternative arrangements, as directed.</li><li>
Address and follow up on room-related issues or discrepancies to ensure prompt resolution.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of room inventory, guest preferences, and rooming notes.</li><li>
Prepare and share daily room status or occupancy reports as required.</li><li>
Ensure effective communication between departments to maintain smooth rooming operations.</li><li>
Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management to support departmental and hotel objectives.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Experience<ul><li>
2 years minimum experience in a similar capacity within an ultra-luxury hospitality environment.</li><li>
Must possess outstanding Guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.</li><li>
Proficient in English language (verbal &amp; written), Russian language proficiency is an asset.</li><li>
Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective.</li><li>
Must be flexible in terms of working hours.</li><li>
A hospitality diploma is an asset.</li><li>
Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, and Opera PMS systems is recommended.</li></ul>

We are looking for Purchasing Supervisor to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.
Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand&rsquo;s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel. 
Job Description 
JOB OVERVIEW:
Under the general guidance of the Director of Purchasing, the Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the department&rsquo;s daily operational procedures and assisting in the procurement of goods and services for all hotel departments. This role ensures that purchasing activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies. The Purchasing Supervisor assists in sourcing products, preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating receiving procedures and maintaining inventory levels to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Coordinate department training in standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Coordinate with Purchasing Clerks in daily internal requisitions to be completed and posted in Birchstreet.</li><li>
Assist Receivers in managing incoming vendor deliveries and parking.</li><li>
Ensure all incoming shipments are properly checked and received in the system, paperwork scanned into storage files for auditing purposes, and documents delivered to Finance for final processing.</li></ul><ul><li>
Coordinate proper procedure of incoming parcel packages are completed.</li><li>
Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders based on approved requisitions, ensuring accuracy in quantity, pricing, and vendor selection.</li><li>
Assist in sourcing products and vendors that meet quality, pricing, and delivery requirements, in line with hotel standards.</li><li>
Assist and follow up on outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and communicate to requesting departments.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, vendor files, product specifications, and delivery confirmations.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with department heads to confirm product needs, lead times, and any substitutions when necessary.</li><li>
Assist leadership to ensure all purchases comply with hotel procurement policies, budget guidelines, and internal controls.</li><li>
Coordinate inspection walkthroughs of Purchasing areas while maintaining daily cleaning checklists and logs filed and ready for auditing purposes.</li><li>
Assist with inventory control by tracking deliveries and ensuring proper storage of incoming goods.</li><li>
Assist leadership in maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors and assist in evaluating vendor performance.</li><li>
Assist with audits and inventory counts and reconciliations as needed.</li><li>
Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned by the Purchasing leadership team.</li><li>
