We are looking for a Marketing coordinator to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.
Set to open its doors in 2025, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 170 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand&rsquo;s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel with an aim to open its doors again ahead of the 2025 winter high season. 
Job Description 
JOB OVERVIEW:
Under the general guidance of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase revenue. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels while assisting with content creation, campaign coordination, and marketing analytics.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, and social media)</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and support strategic initiatives</li><li>
Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for websites, newsletters, brochures, social media, and advertisements</li><li>
Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging across all platforms</li><li>
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, printers, and other vendors to produce marketing materials</li><li>
Oversee social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics</li><li>
Help plan and execute marketing events, sponsorships, trade shows, and promotional activities, including managing logistics and follow-up</li><li>
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for campaign optimization</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns</li><li>
Maintain and organize the marketing asset library, including photos, logos, templates, and branded materials</li><li>
Support email marketing efforts by building campaigns, segmenting lists, and tracking engagement metrics</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals</li><li>
Assist in managing the company website, including content updates and basic SEO implementation</li><li>
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts</li><li>

We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.</li></ul>

Job Description 
Summary
As the In-Room Dining Supervisor at Delano Dubai, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the in-room dining department. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience within the comfort of their rooms.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership &amp; Training:<ul><li>
Supervise and motivate the In-Room Dining team to deliver outstanding service.</li><li>
Conduct daily briefings, ensuring all team members are informed about daily specials, guest preferences, and operational updates.</li><li>
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.</li></ul>
Guest Service Excellence:<ul><li>
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.</li><li>
Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Maintain a personalized approach to service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.</li></ul>
Operational Management:<ul><li>
Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-room dining stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.</li><li>
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.</li></ul>
Quality Control &amp; Standards:<ul><li>
Inspect food and beverage presentations to ensure they meet Delano's high standards.</li><li>
Implement and uphold service protocols, ensuring consistency and quality in every guest interaction.</li><li>
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.</li></ul>
Administrative Duties:<ul><li>
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team attendance.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and feedback.</li><li>
Prepare reports on departmental performance, inventory usage, and guest satisfaction metrics.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
International Experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
