 Role Description
 
 
 
 
 Delaraat is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist
 
 who will act as a full-cycle marketer&mdash;strategist and executor combined.
 
 
 You will lead the end-to-end digital marketing efforts, focusing on driving brand growth, creating compelling content, and experimenting with innovative campaigns:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Digital Marketing &amp; Campaigns:
 
 Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analysis &amp; Growth:
 
 Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager) to translate data into actionable strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Content &amp; Collaboration:
 
 Create and manage high-quality marketing content in both Arabic and English, coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors, and collaborate with the Design and Product teams to align marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 1&ndash;1.5 years of practical digital marketing experience. Recent graduates with strong skills are also welcome.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Commitment:
 
 Available for full-time employment and ready to join immediately.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ownership:
 
 Proven ability to handle the entire marketing cycle independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Language:
 
 Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Visual Skills:
 
 Understanding of design basics; ability to create or oversee short video content production.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Mindset:
 
 Passion for fashion, trends, and digital storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Growth-Oriented:
 
 Open to experimenting with creative marketing ideas and learning new skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Adaptability:
 
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with attention to detail.
