Team Lead - DC OperationsLocation: Chathannoor, KollamAbout the Role: Delhivery Ltd., India&rsquo;s leading logistics company, is looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our Last Mile Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in logistics and operations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day last mile delivery operations.Monitor delivery performance, turnaround time (TAT), and ensure customer satisfaction.Assist in managing a team of delivery executives to achieve daily/weekly targets.Support route planning, shipment allocation, and workforce scheduling.Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company policies.Handle on-ground challenges, escalations, and ensure smooth operations.Requirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / diploma (any stream).Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics/e-commerce operations can apply.Strong leadership qualities and a problem-solving mindset.Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Candidates within 10&ndash;15 KM radius of Chathannoor will be given priority.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Training and mentorship for freshers.Career growth opportunities in logistics &amp; supply chain operations.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kollam, Kerala (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
