Registered Care ManagerCompany: Delight Care &amp; Support Services Ltd Location: Cardiff, South Wales Salary: &pound;35,500 - &pound;38,800 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, PermanentDelight Care &amp; Support Services Ltd is an established domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality care and support services across South Wales. We are committed to providing person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing for all individuals we support.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to join our growing team and help drive the continued success of our service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and care standards.</li><li>Lead, supervise, and support care coordinators, senior carers, and care staff.</li><li>Maintain high standards of care quality and service delivery.</li><li>Conduct audits, quality assurance checks, spot checks, and service reviews.</li><li>Manage safeguarding concerns, complaints, incidents, and investigations appropriately.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and staff development.</li><li>Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and client records remain accurate and up to date.</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and company policies.</li><li>Participate in on-call duties as required.</li></ul>Essential Requirements<ul><li>NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Alternatively, a relevant Degree in Health and Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service.</li><li>Strong understanding of CIW regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.</li><li>Right to work in the UK.</li><li>Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessments, medication management, and staff supervision.</li></ul>Preferred Requirements<ul><li>Currently registered with CIW as a Registered Manager.</li><li>Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting.</li><li>Experience working with local authority contracts and regulated services.</li><li>Experience managing compliance, inspections, and quality assurance processes.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary of &pound;35,000 - &pound;40,000 per annum.</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career progression.</li><li>Ongoing training and development.</li><li>The opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of an established care provider.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are an experienced care professional with a passion for delivering outstanding care and leading high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.Apply today on Indeed.ThanksDelight Care &amp; Support Services Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
