We are seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Writing to lead and elevate our documentation team as we continue to scale our products and processes to support the growth of our next-generation cloud-native security platform. 
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and mentorship skills with deep expertise in technical writing and content strategy. You&rsquo;ll manage a talented team of writers, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables, and aligning documentation initiatives with broader product and business goals. 
This role calls for a proactive leader who thrives on building scalable documentation frameworks, collaborating with product and engineering leadership, and exploring new tools and technologies like in-product answer bots and AI-assisted content analysis.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage a team of technical writers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality output.</li><li>
Train and develop level 1 writers to advance to next level</li><li>
Develop and enforce documentation standards and processes.</li><li>
Align documentation strategy with overall product and business goals.</li><li>
Oversee the planning and execution of documentation projects.</li><li>
Collaborate with product leadership to ensure documentation supports product success.</li><li>
Lead pubs team meetings and 1-1s with employee writers</li></ul>
Key Skills:<ul><li>
Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>
Ability to define and implement documentation standards and best practices.</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational abilities.</li><li>
Expertise in technical writing and knowledge-sharing strategies.</li><li>
MadCap Flare &amp; Git, or equivalent experience in complex authoring tools and workflows (XML, DITA, etc).</li><li>
Interest and experience in other tooling such as analytics, style enforcement tools, AI analysis and revision and RAG.</li></ul>

Commercial Account Executive Summary:
This position requires a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for all net new sales into a geographic territory for Commercial Accounts.
Travel may be required to visit customers, attend trade shows or field events, and for internal meetings such as sales kick-offs or quarterly business reviews. With our strong promote-from-within philosophy, successful performance in this role will provide career advancement opportunities to those seeking to take their sales careers to the next level.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Create and personalize a territory plan for the assigned territory.</li><li>
Prospect to and create contacts within Commercial Accounts in a geographic region.</li><li>
Proactively pursue existing leads who have expressed interest in our services.</li><li>
Collaborate with and engage the right Delinea technical experts to provide an accurate and compelling story on our products&rsquo; strengths and capabilities to win deals.</li><li>
Consistently meet/exceed sales targets.</li><li>
Maintain an accurate forecast of sales pipeline.</li><li>
Cultivate and manage relationships with Channel partners.</li><li>
Never stop learning! Continue to hone your craft and build your expertise in Cybersecurity.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring:<ul><li>
2-5 years as a Commercial software sales executive selling to companies within the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing five-to-six-figure transactions.</li><li>
Established book of business in territory, a plus.</li><li>
Ability to conduct both executive level presentations and high-level technical presentations.</li><li>
Experience selling cybersecurity solutions preferred.</li><li>
Excellent written and oral presentation skills. Examples may be requested.</li></ul>
