As a Fleet Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Food Transportation Operations Team Leader and assisting in the efficient management of the fleet operations.This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders.KEY RESULT AREAS<ul><li>Assist in coordinating the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle assignments, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.</li><li>Effectively handle the rider vacations, ensuring seamless coordination and coverage to maintain operational continuity.</li><li>Conduct daily case management and follow-up procedures.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication within the department, ensuring smooth information flow.</li><li>Manage the COD report and minimize outstanding due to maintain financial integrity.</li><li>Maintain efficient communication and resolutions of riders&rsquo; pending dues, issues, and wallet complaints by promptly reporting them within the designated timeframe.</li><li>Maintaining and overseeing the Rider Fleet Database along with updating information as per Supplier Volume demands.</li><li>Enhancing the Fill Rate through coordination with the Fleet Performance Coordinator.</li><li>Apply all instructions and updates received from Talabat or other service providers, ensuring compliance and alignment with their guidelines and requirements.</li><li>Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making processes.</li><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and company policies related to fleet operations.</li><li>Monitor and document driver compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Assist in coordinating driver training programs and maintaining training records.</li><li>Other Ad-hoc tasks as presented by the Client.</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fleet or transportation environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases).</li><li>Familiarity with fleet management software and systems is desirable.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.</li><li>Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul>KEY COMPETENCIES<ul><li>Team Player.</li><li>Relationship Management.</li><li>Risk Management.</li><li>Communication Skills.</li><li>Analytical Skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD250.000 per month

Fleet Administrative Coordinator
