What you&rsquo;ll achieve 
As a Senior AI Network &amp; Compute Consultant, you will collaborate with Dell consultants and client stakeholders to design and implement sophisticated HPC/AI cluster and network architectures. You will oversee the deployment of high-performance compute environments, ensuring both technical excellence and customer satisfaction throughout each phase of the engagement. 
 
You will:<ul><li>
Design and architect scalable, high-performance compute and network infrastructures for HPC/AI clusters</li><li>
Lead the implementation of advanced networking solutions, including NVIDIA InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies</li><li>
Deploy and manage orchestration tools such as NVIDIA Base Command Manager for cluster management and monitoring</li><li>
Provide expert consulting on compute and network infrastructure strategy, planning, and execution and collaborate with clients to assess technical requirements and deliver customized solutions</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks across compute, storage, and network layers and develop comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures</li></ul>

Essential Requirements<ul><li>
Proven success in designing and deploying large-scale HPC/AI clusters (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel)</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in NVIDIA networking technologies: InfiniBand (Quantum), Ethernet (Spectrum-X), MLNX-OS, NVIDIA Cumulus OS, and Enterprise SONiC</li><li>
Proficient in Linux systems administration and scripting</li><li>
Extensive hands-on experience with Base Command Manager or equivalent orchestration tools</li><li>
Experience in consulting roles with strong communication and documentation abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results within dynamic environments</li></ul> 
Desirable Requirements<ul><li>
Certifications in networking and Linux (e.g., CCNP, LFCS, NCP-AIN, NCP-AIO), experience with NVIDIA DGX systems or similar GPU platforms and familiarity with container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Slurm)</li><li>
Knowledge of data centre operations and cloud integration methods and experience with GENAI frameworks and related tools</li></ul>

In this role, you will join a highly skilled team of engineers dedicated to modernizing and standardizing Dell&rsquo;s Enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform as part of the broader Identity and Access Management Modernization Program. You will help drive the transition from homegrown and legacy systems to modern, scalable solutions; integrate with leading identity and business platforms; and ensure robust security and compliance controls are built into every stage of the design and implementation process.
You will:<ul><li>
Design, develop, and implement Okta PAM solutions for privileged access management, user provisioning, and access control management</li><li>
Onboard enterprise systems on the Okta PAM platform using Okta OOTB connectors/API integrations for servers, applications and secrets management</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, security, compliance) to ensure proper implementation of privileged access management and compliance standards</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Okta PAM configurations, integrations, and performance</li><li>
Contribute to PAM/IAM roadmap planning, new capabilities required to enable business needs/emerging industry trends</li></ul>

Essential Requirements
<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of IAM experience, including 3+ years implementing Okta or similar on‑prem/SaaS platforms (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Krontech, HashiCorp) in large‑scale enterprise migration environments</li><li>
Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals (RBAC, provisioning, SSO, MFA) with deep expertise in PAM concepts such as credential vaulting, lifecycle management, access control, and least privilege</li><li>
Familiarity with industry security standards and identity protocols, including OAuth, SAML, and OpenID, as well as related compliance requirements</li><li>
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues escalated by business or operational teams</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills, with the ability to partner effectively with peers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams</li><li>
Must be a US Citizen (this role will work with Dell&rsquo;s Corporate and Federal environments)</li></ul>

Compensation 
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $152,150. - $196,900.
