 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer who has successfully worked on luxury residential projects. The candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver world-class interiors.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the end-to-end design and execution of luxury residential interiors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop creative concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D renders that reflect luxury standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with clients to understand requirements and transform ideas into exceptional designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and in-house teams for seamless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely delivery while maintaining design quality and project budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select premium materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that reflect luxury aesthetics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise site execution to maintain detailing and quality standards.
 </li>

 Mentor and guide junior team members.

 Primary Purpose
 
 
 Assists Training Head to drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are implemented and all departments are achieving their training objectives.

 ORM negative feedback root cause analysis with the help of Training Head.

 Induction &amp; Orientation

 Responsible for conducting Induction and orientation of New Joiners.
 </li>

 Responsible for conducting Refresher Induction session of existing employees.
 </li>

 Keeping records of all inductions conducted.
