Accounts Assistant duties and responsibilitiesAccounts Assistants perform organizational and accounting tasks to provide comprehensive administrative support to Accountants, Account Managers, Finance Directors and other accounting and finance staff. Their duties and responsibilities include:<ul><li>Communicating with clients to better understand financial needs and report that information to the accountant</li><li>Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing</li><li>Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports</li><li>Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client&rsquo;s records</li><li>Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs</li><li>Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records</li><li>Scheduling client appointments and managing important department deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Full job description<ul><li>Must have SIRA LICENSED</li><li>Excellent knowledge of security protocols</li><li>Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills</li><li>Advanced verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work alone or as part of a team</li><li>Ability to solve problems as they arise</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations</li><li>Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company&rsquo;s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure</li><li>Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over</li><li>Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols</li><li>Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities</li><li>Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management</li><li>Testing security systems and, if needed, operating X-ray machines and metal detectors</li><li>Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner</li><li>Performing CPR or first aid when needed</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED1,700.00 per monthWork Location: In person
