We are seeking highly skilled Subcontractor Cabinet Installers with experience in high-end and custom cabinetry installations. Scope of Work</h3><ul><li>
Install high-end custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry</li><li>
Perform cabinet refacing and specialty modifications</li><li>
Review and interpret detailed plans, elevations, and shop drawings</li><li>
Execute precise layouts, leveling, scribing, and alignment</li><li>
Perform on-site cabinet modifications with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>
Protect job sites, cabinetry, and surrounding finishes at all times</li><li>
Supply and safely operate all professional-grade hand and power tools</li><li>
Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized work environment</li><li>
Meet agreed-upon project timelines without compromising quality</li><li>
Conduct final quality inspections and white-glove customer walk-throughs</li><li>
Coordinate professionally with designers, project managers, and other trades</li><li>
Represent our brand with professionalism and discretion on luxury job sites</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Subcontractor Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
5+ years of experience installing high-end or custom cabinetry (required)</li><li>
Proven experience with luxury residential or custom projects</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>
Strong knowledge of advanced installation techniques and safety standards</li><li>
Expert use of precision tools and equipment</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage complex installations</li><li>
Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction</li><li>
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven</li><li>
Leadership experience preferred for multi-day or large-scale projects</li><li>
Flexible availability based on project demands</li><li>
Must provide own professional-grade tools, transportation, and equipment</li><li>
