As an Associate, AVP, or VP you&rsquo;ll be part of our Post Trade Services team, acting as the primary client contact and delivering high-quality consulting services. Ideal candidates will bring change management expertise and experience in lending platforms such as LoanIQ (ACBS experience is a plus). 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage projects across lending operations as a Business Analyst.</li><li>
Lead asset migration and reconciliation between ACBS and LoanIQ.</li><li>
Oversee defect management and portfolio migration activities.</li><li>
Apply lending and syndicated loan expertise to guide project decisions.</li><li>
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure data integrity.</li><li>
Build and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.</li><li>
Deliver end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.</li><li>
Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team culture.</li><li>
Identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts.</li><li>
Contribute to internal initiatives, thought leadership, and industry events.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement across tools, methodologies, and processes.</li></ul> 
Proven experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis within financial services.
Strong change management skills across strategy, design, testing, and implementation.
Deep understanding of financial products and lifecycle events.
Hands-on experience with LoanIQ; ACBS experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with asset migration, reconciliation, and defect management.
Comfortable working independently and supporting business growth initiatives.

Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client&rsquo;s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client&rsquo;s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires.
Salary Range:
Associate: $70,000 - $90,000
Associate VP: $100,000 - $120,000
Vice President: $125,000 - $150,000

Loan IQ Migration - BA/PMO

<div>Role Summary
Will be part of highly motivated and affluent individuals whose function is to process all Incoming Confirmations tasks across the FX and Precious Metals Options business, focusing and ensuring the timely confirmation retrieval within the regulatory requirements. Inbound confirmation process refers to Indexing, Matching, Affirmation and Chasing.
Need to ensure risk is mitigated for affirmation and matching of confirmations with timely and accurate processing.
Ensuring regulatory requirement, Group standards and compliance are adhered to at all times and Best Practice Guidelines are followed.
Role and Responsibilities:
Execution of post trade timely processing and controls for all Inbound Forex and Precious Metals Option Confirmations.
Being involved in Indexing, Matching, Affirmation and Chasing.
Validation and dispatching of confirmations in line with policy and regulatory timelines
Develop key relationships with other support functions in within DC and the client.
Ensure best practice is achieved.
Coordinating Language Negotiations with Legal/Desk and Clients.
Drive Master Confirmation Agreement.
Risk management
Ensure required KRI data and MI is collated and delivered on time.
Adherence to all policy and regulations as they pertain to the role and product coverage.
Ensure timely dispatch of Confirmation and strict adherence to Confirmation matching.
Periodical MI submitted accurately and in line with customer and business needs.
Problem situations are proactively identified, resolved and escalated to give maximum customer satisfaction. 
Experience and Qualifications:
Willingness to work in Night Shift (Transportation and Shift allowance will be provided).
Degree in accounting/finance/management/business administration with minimum fresher /1 year of experience in Derivative Ops. Experience in Confirmations processes would be an added advantage.
Knowledge about FX and Precious Metals Options operations.
Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
Possess knowledge on MS Office with good numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask.
Able to work under challenging environment with tight timelines.
Attention to detail.

Analyst – Forex and Precious Metals Confirmations/Settlements

<div>We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client billing, receivables, and cash applications within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will ensure accuracy in invoicing, timely collections, and compliance with internal controls and industry regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, client communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and relationship managers. 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate client invoices to be sent out in line with contractual terms and service agreements on a timely manner.
Monitor and manage outstanding receivables, following up with clients to ensure timely payment.
Apply cash receipts accurately to client accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain the AR ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Conduct monthly Balance Sheets for all account reconciliations accounts and investigate variances.
Partner with client service teams to resolve billing disputes and provide excellent customer support.
Generate aging reports and provide status of unpaid invoices to senior management.
Assist with external audits by providing required documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, reporting, and controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within financial services, banking, or asset management.</li><li>
Experience with reconciliations in a multi-currency environment.</li><li>
Good understanding of Revenue Recognition as per UK GAAP and IFRS.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of AR processes, billing cycles, and collections best practices.</li><li>
Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday) and MS Excel.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance team.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with financial services products, fee structures, and regulatory reporting requirements.</div>
