Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage transaction data and employee records within SAP (e.g., HR module)</li><li>Support time &amp; attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits administration.</li><li>Prepare HR&#8209;related documentation (bank certificates, Embassy letters, termination letters, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and update HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.</li><li>Assist in organizing HR initiatives and employee events, including internal communications and periodic gatherings.</li><li>Handle all aspects of medical insurance administration.</li><li>HR compliance (e.g., Qatar labor law adherence, work visa support, RP renewals).</li><li>Prepare and process payment requests for HR-related services and expenses.</li><li>Perform other duties required by the management.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in Qatar.</li><li>Knowledge of Qatar labor law</li><li>Proficient in SAP SF module</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>what is the Notice Period?</li><li>what is your Salary Expectation?</li><li>Experience in SAP?</li></ul>
