As a Producer Support Specialist, you will manage all aspects of support for producers, agencies, and brokerage houses, including licensing functions. The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $60,435.00 &ndash; $84,533.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $56,145.00 - $78,532.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza, intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

<li>Manage end-to-end licensing and renewal processes for producers, agencies, and brokerage partners</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution</li>
<li>Maintain and audit producer records, including oversight of commission validation and reporting accuracy</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve licensing, contracting, and compliance issues efficiently</li>
<li>Communicate regulatory updates and deliver internal training on changes to licensing requirements</li>
<li>Ensure all licensing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and state regulations</li>
<li>Identify and implement improvements to licensing workflows, systems, and data quality</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings and partner with account teams to support producer and agency relationships</li>
<li>Support upload and management of broker quotes into the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on licensing and broker quote metrics to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Support and implement broker onboarding improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and producer experience.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices to proactively mitigate compliance risks.</li>

<li>2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, account support, or operations, preferably within the insurance or healthcare industry</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach</li>
<li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, agencies, and external partners</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce</li>

<li>Familiarity with producer licensing, appointments, and regulatory requirements; knowledge of state DOI or OIC guidelines is a plus</li>

HRIS Management &amp; System Configuration

<li>Maintain and update HRIS data, workflows, and configurations to support day-to-day HR operations and evolving business needs.</li>
<li>Assist with HR Tech (HRIS, LMS, LinkedIn Learning) integrations to ensure accurate data flow between payroll, benefits, and talent management systems.</li>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions, system troubleshooting, and issue resolution.</li>
