Job Description 
<ul><li>
Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system</li><li>
Construct business development strategies and sales plans in accordance with your analysis</li><li>
Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: Channels and Distributors, EV OEM, Charging Point Operators</li><li>
Develop strong relationships with key channels and distributors and selected accounts by acting as account manager</li><li>
Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation</li><li>
Negotiate contracts</li><li>
Pipeline project management</li><li>
Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership</li><li>
Represent Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events in focused markets</li><li>
Interact with management across delta organization</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
At least 5 - 7 years technical sales experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions</li><li>
Excellent understanding of the sales and business development especially Channel Management and national / international Distributors</li><li>
Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning System, and Battery Energy Storage system</li><li>
Ability to build strong customer relationships</li><li>
Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate</li><li>
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Excellent English communications skills</li></ul>
