About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Retail &amp; Logistics Manager with 12+ years of proven expertise in retail operations and logistics management within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end retail operations, supply chain efficiency, warehouse management, distribution, and customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.</li><li>Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Develop and implement efficient supply chain and inventory management strategies.</li><li>Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize costs.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across retail and logistics functions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health &amp; safety standards, and company policies.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.</li><li>Manage and mentor teams across retail outlets and logistics operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 12 years of experience in retail and logistics management, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE retail market dynamics and logistics operations.</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven track record in optimizing retail operations and supply chain processes.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to join immediately?</li></ul>
