Our innovative products make a significant impact on R&amp;D workflows across various scientific domains.Role DescriptionDeltaSoft is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer specializing in Java (17/21) and Oracle for a full-time, on-site role based in Hillsborough, NJ. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and support backend applications and systems using Java and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding, debugging, and enhancing software functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and performance of software solutions.Required Skills: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields, or equivalent work experience</li><li>5+ years experience designing, developing, testing and documenting java applicants</li><li>Knowledge of Java FX and/ or Swing a plus</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Java (17/21)</li><li>Proficiency working with Oracle databases, including PL/SQL and stored procedures</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools</li><li>Experience with Java frameworks including, Spring, Hibernate, or similar</li><li>Experience with modern front-end framework such as React, JavaScript, Angular or Vue.js</li><li>Familiarity with web technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and web application development</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li></ul>Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Will you now or in the future require sponsorship?</li><li>Do you live within driving distance of Hillsborough, NJ ? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
