<div><div><div>Delta Solutions &amp; Strategies is seeking Human Resources Specialists at Los Angeles AFB, CA.</div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you will be doing:
</b></h3><div><div><ul><li>Plan, assist, support, execute, all activities related to personnel management and human resource functions, to include but not limited to hiring process, on-boarding, immersions, recognition programs, performance management programs, and other administrative actions.</li>
<li>Assist the Government with all personnel management activities; provide guidance and recommendations on completing manpower and personnel documentation; and maintain the unit personnel management roster, organizational charts, unit manning document, and related organizational rosters.</li>
<li>Monitor the Center&rsquo;s military assignment cycle boards to include but not limited to Permanent Change of Assignment, Permanent Change of Station, Entitlements Integrated Process Team, and Vulnerable to Move Lists and notify leadership of timelines to submit requisitions, reclamas, and by- name-requests.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations on prioritization of positions, compiling requisition forms for job vacancies and submitting requisitions to base.</li>
<li>Provide analysis of the overall unit manning, both current and projected manning, in order to plan for future requirements and effective allocation of resources. The contractor shall provide the following, but not limited to, studies of organizations, functions, missions, and manpower and manning requirements.</li>
<li>Provide expertise and guidance on civilian matters related to procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Assist the Government with identifying present and future vacant civilian positions, creating justifications for requisitions, completing Request for Personnel Actions, completing/coordinating security waivers, creating Core Personnel Documents and updating Manpower Change Requests.</li>
<li>Assist with special civilian manpower requests to include but not limited to Reimbursable, Superior Qualification Packages, By-Name-Requests, and Position Designations.</li>
<li>The contractor shall follow Center and Air Force Personnel Center procedures for recruit fill actions.</li>

</b></h3><div><div><ul><li>Secret Clearance Required</li>
<li>The ability to maintain high levels of personal and professional integrity, acting as an ethical agent who promotes core values and accountability.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in federal HR staffing, with preference for Department of the Air Force (DAF) processes and systems</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including data analysis and reporting in Excel</li>
<li>Proven ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and apply critical thinking to complex HR issues</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading or supporting projects, including planning, execution, and tracking deliverables</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership</li>

<div>In compliance with California's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Delta Solutions &amp; Strategies considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate&rsquo;s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.</div>
