</div><p></p><div><div><div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<div>1) Teach 50% in UG and/or Graduate nursing programs<br>
2) Conduct 50% administrative duties (fall, spring, and summer) as Chair for the Robert E. Smith School of Nursing and Health Sciences<br>
3) Work directly with students, faculty and staff members, program coordinators, and university colleagues<br>
4) Oversee the operations of academic programs [Counselor Education, Nursing, Speech &amp; Hearing, and Social Work]<br>
5) Coordinator curricular planning, implementation, evaluation and revises ( as needed) for all academic programs<br>
6) Collect and analyze data to promote excellence in teaching, scholarship, service, and practice<br>
7) Assist with accreditation requirements for the academic programs of Counselor Education, Nursing, and Social Work</div>

<div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<div>1) Hold a doctorate degree in nursing or a graduate degree in nursing and a doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution<br>
2) Unencumbered current license to practice in Mississippi or hold a multistate license from another NLC state<br>
3) Hold a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification [preferred]<br>
4) Satisfactory criminal background check<br>
5) Minimum five (5) years of experience in a registered nursing education program to include teaching, curriculum development, and program evaluation<br>
6) Hold leadership, management, and/or administrative experience in the discipline of nursing<br>
7) Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience</div>

<div><div><b>Salary</b></div> <div>Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university&rsquo;s resources.</div>
