 2&ndash;5 years of experience in technical recruitment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in IT roles such SAP roles &amp; Non SAP as developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of visa processes, labor laws, and hiring practices in the Middle East
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Advantage exp (preferably Middle East hiring)
 </li>
