 Job Description: Senior Executive &ndash; HR Operations/Generalist/Payroll/C&amp;B/Data Analytics
 
 
 
 
 
 Plan and oversee company's compensation and benefits programs, Data Analysis. Responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, supporting the recruitment process, business and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits related activities. Working with financial organizations like Aon in developing competitive and cost efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent.
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 
 a. Compensation:
 
 
  Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.  Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.  Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.  Leading the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities (Salary benchmarking, Benefits benchmarking)  Leading the HRBPs and business in arriving at a standardized salary benchmark using AON reports  Create Deluxe standard salary benchmark vs Industry standard benchmark  Work on standardizing titles, ranges, median etc  Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations to the leadership team on C&amp;B analytics
 
 
 
 
 
 b. HR Operations:
 
 
  New hire orientation / induction.  Employee life cycle management.  Payroll activity.  BGV checks.  Vendor &amp; employee interactions.
 
 
 
 
 
 c. Data Analytics:
 
 
  HR Dashboard  Attrition Data  Recruiting Data  Workday Data and Reporting
 
 
 
 
 
 d. Annual merit and bonus activity:
 
 
  Preparing a consolidated merit report and sharing the same with the business  Working with the business to get deluxe/industry standard comp revisions percentages and advising the business on the ranges, internal parity and uniformity  Consolidating the final sheet of recommendations and working on seeking approvals  Preparing presentations on budget available vs utilized to get approvals  Working on payroll inputs, Workday uploads, letters etc  Preparing the bonus file and seeking approvals with appropriate budget and payout projection details  Sending the final bonus inputs to payroll team  Validating compensation and titles month on month. Highlighting any disparity to the management proactively.

 Qualification:
 
 
  Graduation/Post graduation in HR/Finance  6+ experience in HR operations  3+ years in Data Analysis  Certification in HR analytics (optional)

 About the role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As an Assistant Manager for Deluxe Marketing, you carry the Deluxe brand in your day-to-day. As a brand evangelist, you will assist the global team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and decks, analyzing market trends, and managing various promotional activities both local and in other regions. You are well-connected with the teams in Deluxe, creative and suggesting way to promote the company&rsquo;s values and activities, detail-oriented to ensure content fits the marketing framework laid out by Deluxe Corporate, and possesses strong communication skills, written and verbal.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To be a brand evangelist for Deluxe, in how the communication is done with external parties, on social media and in marketing decks.
 </li>
 <li>
 To build and maintain marketing decks for various regions as needed in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 To work in newsletters for various regions, reach out to HR and Business to understand current events within the office to feed into the newsletter
 </li>
 <li>
 To maintain and publish social media posts for Deluxe by adhering to the corporate communications framework set in the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be present in person to ensure the needs of the marketing team are met during events and gatherings in the office.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be in tune with what&rsquo;s happening in the industry, suggest and enable industry event participation for employees, cover the same on social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 To monitor social media trends, SEO for brand adoption and hiring, and enable Deluxe to be visible in the India market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively collaborating with business leaders on areas where we can improve from a marketing standpoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating marketing initiatives with business leaders regularly, measuring success with data-driven approach like number of posts, events, reactions, time taken to post from event occurrence (recency) etc.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, media production, communications, or a related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in social media marketing, SEO and other marketing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible to meet the needs of the role, to attend events onsite or other locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence in dealing with executive management, leadership and ability to speak in townhalls and large gatherings.
 </li>
