Location: UAEEmployment Type: Part-time Department: E-Commerce / Supply ChainPosition SummaryWe are looking a Product Sourcing &amp; Supply Chain Specialist to take full ownership of identifying profitable products across online platforms (Shopify, Noon, Amazon, etc.), sourcing competitive suppliers (primarily in China), and managing the end-to-end supply chain into the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Research &amp; Selection<ul><li>Conduct in-depth market research to identify 5&ndash;7 new profitable products per month from Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and other trending platforms.</li><li>Evaluate product demand, pricing competitiveness, and market trends using data analytics tools.</li><li>Ensure selected products meet profitability thresholds (minimum 40&ndash;50% gross margin).</li></ul>Supplier Sourcing &amp; Negotiation<ul><li>Identify and vet suppliers via Alibaba, and direct manufacturer channels in China.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities to secure best cost-performance ratios.</li><li>Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, responsiveness).</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Import Management<ul><li>Manage full import cycle: supplier coordination, shipping, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery in the UAE.</li><li>Optimize logistics to ensure delivery within agreed timelines (target: 95% on-time delivery rate).</li><li>Monitor landed costs and maintain margin integrity across shipments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency with product research and validation tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout, or similar.</li><li>3 years of proven experience in e-commerce sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.</li><li>Strong understanding of Alibaba, 1688, Noon, Amazon, Shopify and similar platforms.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per monthExpected hours: 24 per weekApplication Deadline: 30/09/2025
