We work with multiple vendors and petty contractors across flooring, carpentry/joinery, marble, tiles, ceilings, paint, partitions, MEP interfaces, and custom interior packages.Why We&rsquo;re HiringWe need a strong market expert who can:<ul><li>Challenge and validate tender pricing (vendors/contractors) with real market intelligence</li><li>Convert awarded BOQs into a controlled procurement + material consumption plan so we reduce waste, theft, over-ordering, and cost creep.</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesA) Tender Stage (Pre-Award): Cost Intelligence + Rate Verification<ul><li>Review BOQs, drawings, and specs to identify pricing gaps and high-risk items.</li><li>Verify rates against market benchmarks for all interior/civil trades.</li><li>Obtain/compare vendor quotes and negotiate aggressively with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Build rate analyses (material + labor + wastage + overheads) for key items.</li><li>Identify alternates/value engineering options without compromising spec/quality.</li><li>Maintain a vendor/subcontractor rate database updated with current market trends.</li></ul>B) Awarded Project Stage (Post-Award): BOQ &rarr; Takeoff &rarr; Procurement Planning<ul><li>Perform detailed quantity take-offs per BOQ line item from IFC drawings/shop drawings.</li><li>Break down each BOQ item into:</li><li>material list (itemized),</li><li>suppliers / vendors,</li><li>petty contractors / installers,</li><li>estimated wastage and consumption norms.</li><li>Create a procurement schedule aligned with the project program and site sequence.</li><li>Issue material requisitions with controlled quantities and delivery phasing.</li><li>Track consumption vs BOQ vs actual site usage to flag overconsumption early.</li><li>Support store control: GRNs, site issuance logs, returns, reconciliation, and variance reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with PM/Construction team to ensure materials match execution methodology.</li></ul>C) Cost Control &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Develop cost forecasts and procurement budgets trade-wise.</li><li>Maintain rate comparisons, savings achieved, and variance reasons.</li><li>Help build standard &ldquo;control templates&rdquo; (BOQ tracking, takeoff sheets, wastage norms).</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>10+ years experience (fit-out interiors + civil finishing packages) in Pakistan market.</li><li>Strong hands-on understanding of rates for:</li></ul>tiles, marble, flooring systems, gypsum/ceilings, paint, partitions, joinery/carpentry, hardware, glass, facade/metal works, adhesives/grouts, civil block/plaster works etc.<ul><li>Can read drawings, take off quantities accurately, and connect them to procurement realities.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with vendors/subcontractors; confident in challenging inflated rates.</li><li>Excellent Excel skills (rate analysis sheets, BOQ tracking, procurement plans).</li><li>Bonus: experience with corporate tendering, fast-track office projects, and multiple sites.</li></ul>Performance Will Be Measured By<ul><li>Tender savings / rate reductions achieved.</li><li>Accuracy of takeoffs vs actual.</li><li>Reduction in material wastage/theft/over-ordering.</li><li>On-time availability of materials per program.</li><li>Clean BOQ-to-procurement reconciliation.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV + (1) a sample rate analysis sheet or BOQ tracking sheet (if available) to whatsapp on 00923218271907 Subject: &ldquo;Procurement Planner / Senior QS &ndash; Interiors &amp; Civil&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>You must have completed at least 20 Interior Corporate Projects with project planning and Quantity estimating</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>PROJECT PLANNING AND QS: 10 years (Required)</li><li>excel: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>PEC licence (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
