About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Listings and Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our property listings on Air BNB PropertyFinder, Dubizzle, and Bayut are optimized to attract maximum leads and maintain top positions on these platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the functionalities and algorithms of these portals and will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality property listings. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and update property listings on various platforms including PropertyFinder, Dubizzle, and Bayut • Create compelling property descriptions and engaging visuals to attract potential clients • Optimize property listings for search engines to increase visibility and ranking • Analyze market trends and competitor listings to enhance our properties' competitiveness • Implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates from property listings • Collaborate with Marketing team to align property listings with overall branding and promotional efforts • Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback from potential clients regarding property listings • Regularly review and refine listing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Benefits: • Competitive Salary Package. • Medical Insurance Plan. • Air Ticket Allowance. • A great working environment. • Company-provided laptop / sim card (if needed) • Comprehensive training and support. • Opportunity to work with multi-cultural environment.
