Position Summary</div><div>
Processing trailer and/or Featurettes files for language streams for all Clients. Maintaining 100% on-time delivery and an average quality record of 99.90%.</div><div>
Outcomes and Accomplishments</div><div>
As a Production Specialist Marketing, you are expected to:</div><div></div><ul><li>
Understanding the Work Request and processing the files as per the process requested.</li><li>
Checking that files apply to language subtitles and conform to Deluxe guidelines, as well as client requirements and project instructions.</li><li>
Coordinating with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to provide updates, clarify project and client requirements and request extensions as necessary.</li><li>
Maintaining an average quality yield of nothing less than 99.90% throughout the year for all clients.</li><li>
Ensuring 100% on-time delivery for all clients.</li><li>
Updating the schedule and Extra Work List as work is completed.</li><li>
Communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.</li><li>
Following department-specific schedules, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>
Escalating production and quality related issues to team leads and managers.</li><li>
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.</li><li>
