About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and experienced Freight Broker Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and grow shipper relationships, negotiate carrier rates, and oversee the end-to-end movement of freight across North America. This is an in-office position ideal for motivated professionals who take ownership of their business and are ready to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage relationships with shippers and customers to generate consistent freight volume</li><li>Source, negotiate, and book carriers for FTL, LTL, and other freight modes</li><li>Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery</li><li>Resolve issues proactively and maintain high customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain accurate records in TMS (Transportation Management System)</li><li>Grow your book of business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Existing book of business is required &mdash; you must bring established shipper relationships</li><li>Proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Proficiency with TMS platforms and/or CRM tools</li><li>Must be able to work on-site at our office</li></ul>Work Location: In person
