Our concierge team works directly with patients, caregivers, and research sites to improve compliance, retention, and overall study execution.As we expand globally, we are building a medically trained concierge team in Egypt to support international clinical trials.Role OverviewThe Medically Trained Concierge Specialist supports patients participating in clinical trials by providing structured guidance, proactive engagement, and high-quality documentation.You will conduct scheduled patient calls, assist participants with study procedures and digital tools, and help ensure patients remain engaged and compliant throughout the study.This is a protocol-driven healthcare support role, not a traditional call center position.You will work closely with U.S.-based clinical research sites and global study teams.Employment Type &amp; Work Schedule<ul><li>Full-time position (40 hours per week)</li><li>In-Office work from Egypt (Office Location is Near Nasr City and New Cairo)</li><li>Schedule aligned with U.S. business hours</li><li>Typical working hours: evening shift Egypt local time (approximately 2:00 PM &ndash; Midnight), depending on daylight savings)</li><li>Fixed, consistent schedule (not rotating shifts)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct scheduled patient support calls via phone or video</li><li>Perform structured pre-screening calls using approved study scripts</li><li>Guide patients through study schedules and procedures</li><li>Support participants using mobile apps, wearable devices, and study equipment</li><li>Provide proactive engagement to prevent missed activities or visits</li><li>Document all patient interactions accurately within regulated systems</li><li>Identify risks to patient compliance and escalate appropriately</li><li>Escalate adverse events or medical concerns immediately to study sites</li><li>Support caregivers participating in clinical trials when applicable</li><li>Participate in internal quality reviews and training sessions</li><li>Maintain strict patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Medical or healthcare background required:</li><li>Registered Nurse (RN)</li><li>Pharmacist</li><li>Physician or Medical Graduate</li><li>Medical Assistant</li><li>Healthcare-related degree or equivalent clinical training</li><li>Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)</li><li>Comfortable speaking with patients daily via phone or video</li><li>Excellent documentation and attention to detail</li><li>Professional, empathetic communication style</li><li>Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace</li><li>Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Clinical research experience (CRC, site coordination, or study support)</li><li>Telehealth or patient education experience</li><li>Experience supporting digital health or mobile applications</li><li>Additional languages are a plus</li></ul>What Makes This Role Unique<ul><li>Work directly on international pharmaceutical and medical device studies</li><li>Gain exposure to global clinical research operations</li><li>Structured training in regulated clinical trial workflows</li><li>Stable full-time remote employment with a U.S.-based company</li><li>Opportunity for career growth into Clinical Research Operations or Patient Engagement leadership</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>25,000 &ndash; 35,000 EGP per month, depending on experience and qualifications</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Paid onboarding and training</li><li>Long-term career development opportunities</li><li>International work environment</li></ul>Application ProcessPlease submit:<ul><li>Updated CV (in English)</li><li>Short paragraph describing your healthcare experience</li><li>Confirmation of availability for U.S. working hours</li><li>Short video 30 seconds about yourself</li></ul>Send applications to: resume@delvehealth.comQualified applicants may be asked to complete a short patient communication exercise as part of the interview process.Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;25,000.00 - E&pound;35,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>
