Establish project timelines including Master schedule, Monthly &amp; weekly activity plan2. Review &amp; monitor project progress3. Preparing periodic project progress review report4. Presenting the Project reports to clients5. Delegate tasks to junior team6. Monitoring &amp; review all construction activities and providing technical inputs7. Ensuring correct activity sequencing &amp; coordination with agencies8. Coordination with client, consultants &amp; contractors9. Supervising Bill certification10. Quality monitoring, Quality control on project11. Ensuring high-standard of working12. Ensuring work done as per contractRequirements1. B. Tech Graduate with 15 to 18 years&rsquo; experience in Civil &amp; Finishing work2. Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Construction Management will be preferred3. Experience of Ultra high end finishing works4. Experience to include monitoring of MEP works5. Candidate should have delivered at least 1 project as Lead Project Manager.6. Candidate should have completed minimum 3 projects from start to finish7. Candidate should be able to handle junior teams under him8. Excellent communication skill &amp; presentation9. QS &amp; Contract ManagerDuties &amp; Responsibilities:1. Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) preparation &amp; analysis , Rate Analysis , quantity surveying , Finalization &amp; Negotiation with Contractors &amp; Vendors , Preparation of interim payment certificates , certifying Subcontractor s Bills , Calculating the quantity of constituent materials from the drawings in advance to facilitate the purchasing of items.2. Getting certifications, recording variation, collecting payment, complete documentation required for the job.3. Site visits, Cost Control of the project and Coordination with contractor.4. Coordinate and monitor a team of contractor works.5. Calculating the quantities as per the drawings.6. Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractor's billed quantity.7. Finalizing project cost analysis.8. Responsible for reviewing drawings in AUTO CADD and workout Quantities from AutoCAD drawings. Must be able to coordinate all AUTO CADD drawings received from design team &amp; various consultants.9. Prepare regular MIS reports on timeEligibility &amp; Requirements:1. Must have minimum of 12+ years&rsquo; experience in billing, QS and site management Skill Set &amp; Knowledge2. Pleasant personality with good inter - personal skills.3. Excellent Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Ms Excel, Ms Word.4. B.Tech/B.E (Civil) with 12+Years Exp or Diploma (Civil) with 8+Years Exp5. Good English6.
