This is a hands-on leadership role that blends day-to-day administrative responsibilities with strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where no task is too big or too small, and where collaboration with senior leadership is key to success.The Director of Administration will provide hands-on leadership for all administrative functions, manage and mentor administrative staff across multiple locations, and design scalable processes that support long-term growth.
