Our core focus is helping real estate developers, brokerages, and agents generate qualified property leads through data-driven campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.We&rsquo;re now looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, target, and onboard real estate companies, brokers, and developers seeking digital marketing services.</li><li>Present and sell agency packages (lead generation, content + ads, branding solutions).</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and performance reviews.</li><li>Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential opportunities in Dubai&rsquo;s real estate marketing sector.</li><li>Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, proposals, and conversions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or agency business development (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).</li><li>Existing network of real estate agents or developers is highly advantageous.</li><li>Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary + high commission structure (up to 15&ndash;20% on closed deals).</li><li>Flexible work environment (remote or hybrid).</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a Sales Director or Client Success Lead role.</li><li>Ongoing training and performance bonuses.</li><li>Exposure to top-tier developers and marketing projects across Dubai.</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your updated CV with the subject line: &ldquo;BD Manager &ndash; Real Estate Marketing&rdquo; Include a short note about your previous experience with real estate clients or agencies.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
