Demant is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist. This Individual wears a variety of hats to ensure that all IT functions within the company run smoothly. They are the single point of contact for all IT related inquiries, including desktop support, AV, IT infrastructure, application support, and more. The IT Support Specialists oversee the phone and ticket queue for the IT department, ensuring that all requests are processed and resolved as quickly as possible, and correctly categorized and prioritized.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides the single point of contact for all system users for IT related issues</li><li>
Owns all IT requests considered Level1 or Level2 support (regardless of system or area)</li><li>
Ensures that IT policies, procedures, and standards are followed</li><li>
Coordinates with vendors when needed for service on defective devices</li><li>
Works with other IT staff to assist in the development of fixes and improvements</li><li>
Ensures that inbound support calls are answered live and resolved</li><li>
Ensures that all inbound support tickets are resolved in a timely manner</li><li>
Configures, installs, optimizes and retires IT Assets</li><li>
Provides technical expertise, and works to ensure that the company&rsquo;s use of technology supports its business goals</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Microsoft products (Windows, Office, etc)</li><li>

Diagnostic Group, LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist who is responsible for executing procurement activities while supporting alignment with global category strategies. This role serves as a key liaison between the U.S. and European organizations, partnering closely with Category Managers to support supplier management activities across North America. The position also collaborates with the U.S. sales organization to ensure strong cross-functional alignment, responsiveness, and successful business outcomes.</p><div><b>
Travel:</b> This position requires regional approximately 15-25 days per year including domestic travel and occasional travel internationally to our locations in Denmark and Poland.</div><p></p><p><b><br>
Compensation:</b> $95,000-$125,000 depending on experience.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Responsibilities:

Function as the regional procurement interface for North America, ensuring alignment with global category strategies.</li><li>

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships focused on quality, cost, and delivery.</li><li>

Senior Procurement Specialist

<div>Overview:<div></div><div><br>
The Inside Sales Representative&rsquo;s responsibility is to develop new business opportunities and maintain current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management. This includes phone support on new leads and current customers. The Inside Sales Representative works with the regional sales teams to determine the needs of the customers and the action plan to meet those needs.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Consults with customers to enhance business performance by providing consultative selling strategies</li><li>
Sells hearing aids and accessories over the phone to assigned customers in a Sales region.</li><li>
Sells Oticon Business Support Programs (OBSS) to assigned customers in a Sales region.</li><li>
Partners with Account/Regional Managers to strategize on business development tactics to improve customer&rsquo;s bottom line and partner with regional sales team to meet the sales projection of the region.</li><li>
Manages territories through proactive outbound phone calls to new, current and focus accounts promoting Oticon products and services to achieve individual and department sales objectives.</li><li>
Executes on all sales promotional activities.</li><li>
Devises strategy for all co-op and equipment loan contracts and follow up on rebate programs.</li><li>
Utilize Salesforce daily to manage schedule, follow ups, log all sales activities and track daily units. Responsible for maintaining and updating contact information in the Salesforce system.</li><li>
Manages customer relationships to both independent and pediatric accounts and provides professional and courteous customer support</li><li>
Occasional overnight travel required - Participates in sales related functions as needed: such as the National Sales Meeting, Regional Sales Meetings, and the AAA convention.</li><li>
Participates in periodic national and regional sales conference calls.</li><li>
Responsible to meet daily sales requirements including sales calls and talk time as well as quarterly regional forecasts.</li><li>
May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>BS/BA degree is preferred; preferably in business administration or other related fields. (Or 3+ years equivalent Sales/account management experience.</li><li>
Proven experience with building relationships within territory.</li><li>
Ability to sell products and services over the phone using a consultative approach.</li><li>
Proven ability to problem solve independently.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>
