The Inside Sales Representative&rsquo;s responsibility is to develop new business opportunities and maintain current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management. This includes phone support on new leads and current customers. The Inside Sales Representative works with the regional sales teams to determine the needs of the customers and the action plan to meet those needs.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Consults with customers to enhance business performance by providing consultative selling strategies</li><li>
Sells hearing aids and accessories over the phone to assigned customers in a Sales region.</li><li>
Sells Oticon Business Support Programs (OBSS) to assigned customers in a Sales region.</li><li>
Partners with Account/Regional Managers to strategize on business development tactics to improve customer&rsquo;s bottom line and partner with regional sales team to meet the sales projection of the region.</li><li>
Manages territories through proactive outbound phone calls to new, current and focus accounts promoting Oticon products and services to achieve individual and department sales objectives.</li><li>
Executes on all sales promotional activities.</li><li>
Devises strategy for all co-op and equipment loan contracts and follow up on rebate programs.</li><li>
Utilize Salesforce daily to manage schedule, follow ups, log all sales activities and track daily units. Responsible for maintaining and updating contact information in the Salesforce system.</li><li>
Manages customer relationships to both independent and pediatric accounts and provides professional and courteous customer support</li><li>
Occasional overnight travel required - Participates in sales related functions as needed: such as the National Sales Meeting, Regional Sales Meetings, and the AAA convention.</li><li>
Participates in periodic national and regional sales conference calls.</li><li>
Responsible to meet daily sales requirements including sales calls and talk time as well as quarterly regional forecasts.</li><li>
May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>BS/BA degree is preferred; preferably in business administration or other related fields. (Or 3+ years equivalent Sales/account management experience.</li><li>
Proven experience with building relationships within territory.</li><li>
Ability to sell products and services over the phone using a consultative approach.</li><li>
Proven ability to problem solve independently.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>

Customer Success Specialist is responsible for driving customer retention by managing customer communications, monitoring feature usage, and supporting account management and sales activities. The role focuses on strengthening long‑term customer relationships, promoting the brand, and cultivating loyal customers who actively advocate for our products. This position works closely with Sales leadership, Account Managers, and L1/L2 support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Overall, the Customer Success Specialist plays a critical role in competitive strategy and increasing word‑of‑mouth referrals through exceptional service.</div>
Responsibilities:

Assisting customers in utilizing more of the OMS through running online opportunity review sessions to target areas of feature underutilization</li><li>

Providing following up training resources to webinar attendees</li><li>

Reporting the effectiveness of webinars to company stakeholders, in addition to any leads obtained</li><li>

Qualifications:
