Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Newport Beach, CA (In-Office) Salary: $100,000 &ndash; $200,000 per year, depending on experienceJob Overview A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and scale its marketing department at the Newport Beach office. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee a large marketing team, drive digital growth, and manage multiple marketing channels including online advertising, social media, and brand development.The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience managing large teams, and a deep understanding of modern digital marketing strategies. Experience in the legal industry is a significant plus but not required.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage a marketing department of 20+ team members, including digital marketing specialists, content creators, social media managers, and advertising staff.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, client acquisition, and revenue growth.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, SEO, PPC campaigns, and lead generation strategies.</li><li>Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other digital channels.</li><li>Direct the firm&rsquo;s social media strategy, including content planning, engagement, and analytics.</li><li>Monitor marketing performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with firm goals and practice areas.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.</li><li>Build processes and systems to improve efficiency and performance across the marketing team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably managing large teams.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage 20+ staff members or a comparable marketing organization.</li><li>Strong experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media strategy, and lead generation.</li><li>Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and marketing analytics.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in law firm marketing or professional services marketing.</li><li>Experience with SEO, PPC, marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms.</li><li>Proven track record of scaling marketing operations and driving measurable growth.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary range: $100,000 &ndash; $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Opportunity to lead and grow a large marketing team within a rapidly expanding organization.</li></ul>Location<ul><li>This position is in-office at the Newport Beach location.</li></ul>Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Newport Beach, CA 92660 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
