Case Manager Denali Family Services &ndash; Anchorage / Mat-Su Valley Position Overview Help children and families build stability and stronger futures. Denali Family Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to support youth experiencing severe emotional disturbance (SED) and their families through community-based behavioral health services. In this role, you will coordinate support across home, school, and community settings while helping families navigate services, build skills, and access critical resources. You will work alongside clinicians, educators, and community partners to ensure youth receive the coordinated care and support they need to thrive. In this role, you will work directly with youth experiencing severe emotional disturbance (SED) and collaborate with families, schools, and service providers to coordinate individualized supports that promote stability, growth, and long-term success. Case Managers play a critical role in helping youth and families navigate services, build skills, and access resources within their homes, schools, and communities. This position is represented by a union and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
