We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience as Analyst and in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical team, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.</div>

Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions.</li>
<li>Frequent discussion with the business to ensure the proper transition of business requirements into JIRA tickets.</li>
<li>Maintain JIRA board for the effective Project Management.</li>
<li>Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud).</li>
<li>Develop Flows, apex classes, triggers as per the business needs.</li>
<li>Create and maintain technical documentation and functional specs.</li>
<li>Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce releases.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configurations.</li>

<ul><li>8 - 10+ years of progressive experience in NetSuite implementation, administration, configuration, and support, with a significant focus on a techno-functional role.</li>
<li>Deep Functional Knowledge: Expert-level proficiency in core NetSuite modules, especially Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).</li>
<li>Advanced Technical Skills: Proven mastery of SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) for creating complex custom business logic, workflows, user-event scripts, scheduled scripts, and RESTlets.</li>
<li>System Customization: Expert in using SuiteBuilder (Custom Records, Fields, Forms), SuiteFlow (Workflows), Saved Searches, and Reports to meet business needs.</li>
</ul><div><b>Finance Coordination &amp; Requirements Management</b></div>
<ul><li>Business Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between the Finance team and the NetSuite system team.</li>
<li>Requirement Analysis: Lead business requirement workshops, conduct gap analysis, and translate complex financial and business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and automate finance-related business processes within NetSuite.</li>
<li>Preferable experience in SFDC billing, CPQ or coordination with the team in such a project.</li>
</ul><div><b>Integration &amp; Scripting</b></div>
<ul><li>Integration Expertise: Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations between NetSuite and other internal/external systems using NetSuite tools (SuiteTalk, RESTlets) and integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).</li>
<li>Script Development: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and well-documented SuiteScripts to enhance and customize NetSuite functionality.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting: Expert ability to debug and resolve complex production issues related to customizations, scripts, and integrations.</li>
</ul><div><b>Project and Team Management</b></div>

<li>Demonstrated success in delivering programs using methodologies such as PMI-PMP, SAFe, Agile, or PRINCE2.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.</li>
<li>Experience working with global system integrators (GSIs), independent software vendors (ISVs), and large enterprise customers.</li>

<li>PMI-PMP certification (required).</li>

<li>Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a strong asset, especially for engagements in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.</li>
