What you will do:<ul><li>
Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues</li><li>
Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues</li><li>
Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues</li><li>
Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers</li><li>
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures</li><li>
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations</li><li>
Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction</li><li>
Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed</li><li>
Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems</li><li>
Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures</li><li>
Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company</li></ul>
Who you are:<ul><li>
1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred</li><li>
Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship</li><li>
Current plumbing certification as required by state</li><li>
Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues</li><li>
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures</li><li>
Good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
