FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE (MALE)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEA well-established dental healthcare facility is looking for a Male Front Office RECEPTIONIST to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Handle telephone calls with excellent etiquette and communication skills.</li><li>Respond effectively to all types of patient enquiries and appointment requests.</li><li>Manage patient registration, scheduling, and front desk operations.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service.</li><li>Support administrative tasks and daily reception activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .</li><li>Outstanding telephone manners and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Previous experience in a medical or dental facility in the UAE is preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Abu Dhabi health insurance protocols and claim procedures.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
