RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>Clinical Leadership: </b>Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.</li>
<li><b>Collaborative Partnership: </b>Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.</li>
<li><b>Patient-Centric Approach:</b> Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h3>
<ul><li>DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.</li>
<li>At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!</li>
<li>Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.</li>
<li>Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.</li>
<li>Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.</li>
