We offer the total compensation package with a salary guarantee ($500K+) and a robust patient base, leading to full schedules and higher earning potential through our Doctor Incentive Program ($1M +). At Dental Associates, you are a leader, you can direct your team, schedule and treatment plans and focus on providing excellent care. Because we want you to focus on dentistry, we provide robust internal support: IT, marketing, staffing, scheduling, accounting, compliance, continuing education, patient financial services, reputation management and more. 
 Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
 Provides leadership to the team ensuring positive patient experiences</li><li>
Communicates with team members promoting an understanding of the patients&rsquo; needs</li><li>
Treat conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face. Examine patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient, utilizing x-rays, dental instruments and other diagnostic procedures</li><li>
Perform removal of diseased and impacted teeth</li><li>
Place implants used to replace missing teeth</li><li>
Administer anesthesia services</li><li>
Provide preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene</li></ul> 
Job Requirements<ul><li>
 Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university</li><li>
Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin</li><li>
Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner</li><li>
Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care</li><li>
Strongly values continuing education and personal development</li></ul>
