Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Dento Art Dental LabWe are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Dento Art Dental Laboratory. The ideal candidate will play a key role in communication, organization, and coordination between our lab and dental clinics across the UAE.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate directly with dentists and clinics (inside and outside the UAE).</li><li>Organize and schedule case timings for local and external clinics.</li><li>Coordinate with DHL, FedEx, and other courier companies for case deliveries and pickups.</li><li>Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery of cases.</li><li>Maintain clear communication between the lab and clients to ensure smooth workflow.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical or Dental Receptionist in the UAE.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental clinic or dental laboratory is a must.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Full-time position, 6 days a week (Sunday off).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
