 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver comprehensive clinical onboarding, training, and implementation support to dental professionals on SureSmile aligner workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist clinicians with case selection, treatment planning insights, and troubleshooting throughout the aligner therapy process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct both chairside and virtual training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of SureSmile within clinical practice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive clinical conversions and support overall practice growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clinicians to ensure high satisfaction and adherence to clinical protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and facilitate workshops, webinars, and regional clinical education events.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BDS/MDS with a specialization or substantial experience in Orthodontics (mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on understanding of aligner therapy, digital workflows, and core clinical orthodontic principles.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with CAD/CAM systems, digital orthodontics, or dental software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience with aligner brands or digital dentistry platforms is highly preferred.
