&#10146; Supports Marketing Manager Africa, Middle East, Turkey in developing country brand-plans in partnership with key commercial stakeholders:<br>
<ul><li>Executes tactical activities to support country plans.</li><li>Uses global infrastructure (web, branding, collateral) and creates local country specific content in the local market in coordination with workflow managers, builds targeted campaigns to support country plans.</li><li>Communicates to customers regarding product updates, new products etc. as agreed with the RM.</li><li>Supports the RM team with the training of sales team to ensures required knowledge including, but not limited to, product information, product positioning vs competitors etc.</li><li>Supports the sales team with product knowledge and dual calling to understand the customers&rsquo; needs.</li><li>Provides analysis of retail and dealer pricing / market trends / competitors activities/ sales trends and conducts local price increase/change.</li><li>Collaborates with Regulatory Department to facilitate and control timely registration of new products.</li></ul>
&#10146; Participates in the development of the country strategy for CE and KOL in collaboration with the RM, CE Manager and Global Business Units (GBUs):<br>
<ul><li>Tactical execution of the RCO strategy and delivery of quality education programs for dental professionals.</li><li>Responsible for the management, mobilization and quality assessment of KOL&rsquo;s (includes recruiting, training, engagement, focus on key brands and consistency in message).</li><li>To be an active part of a project team for events and trade shows, coordinate with event coordinator to plan events, determine budget need, evaluate ROI and ensure successful event management.</li><li>Compliance with Corporate guidance and initiatives (incl PPSA/KOL payments).</li></ul>
&#10146; Support Marketing and CE managers in planning, controlling, monitoring and updating the marketing and CE budget with forecasted/actual spend on monthly basis.<br>

Responsibilities/tasks:</p><ul><li>
Picking/Packing Carton/Boxes according to regulatory standards and work instructions</li><li>
Transfer of products into active stock</li><li>
Inbound and booking of goods into WMS (warehouse Management system) on the ISO 13485 standard.</li><li>
Outbound and expedition of goods (in cooperation with customer service department)</li><li>
Execution of checks (Quantity differences, damages) based on QA guidelines.</li><li>
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.</li><li>
Report any discrepancies:</li><li>
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, and coworkers.</li><li>
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li><li>
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations clean, sweep, dust, and mop. always Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness</li><li>
Wear the proper safety equipment and clothes:</li><li>
Follow safety procedures, report dangerous situations, incidents &amp; accidents; contribute to safety as our first priority.</li><li>
Follow QMS procedures, always contribute to quality, proactively and on time.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Job requirements:</p><ul><li>
Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.</li><li>
Experience in WMS</li><li>
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods</li><li>
Being able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.</li><li>
Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Being proficient in basic computer applications</li><li>
RF scanner experience</li><li>
Having basic mathematical abilities</li><li>
Being able to see priorities and act accordingly.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
