The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials or products, ensuring proper documentation and stock accuracy.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and inspect all incoming materials or stock and verify quantity and quality</li><li>Organize and store items in designated locations according to company standards</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly</li><li>Issue materials or products based on requisitions or orders</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, damages, or losses</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of inventory</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom or warehouse area</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for inventory needs</li><li>Monitor stock expiry, damage, and shelf life, if applicable</li><li>Follow company safety and security procedures while handling stock</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse/storekeeping certification is a plus</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or warehouse role</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Good knowledge of inventory management systems or stock control software</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, stock entry systems)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to lift and move items as required (physically fit)</li><li>Language: Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Fixed salary of AED 2,500/month</li><li>Leave and end-of-service benefits as per UAE labor law</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Overtime may be applicable as per company needs</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Position: Draftsman &ndash; Joinery &amp; Fit-outLocation: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAESalary: Up to AED 7,000Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in Joinery &amp; Fit-out industryJob Summary:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman &ndash; Joinery &amp; Fit-out to prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation for joinery and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in joinery detailing, interior fit-out works, and knowledge of materials and production processes.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and joinery details.Interpret design intent, architectural drawings, and project specifications.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production teams for approvals.Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, project requirements, and quality expectations.Revise drawings based on client/consultant feedback and site conditions.Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.Work closely with the joinery production team to ensure seamless execution.Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or related field.3&ndash;5 years of proven experience as a Draftsman in Joinery &amp; Fit-out industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Good communication and coordination skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>draftsman: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
