Under the supervision of the Personnel Officer and the Division Director, Division of Administration, the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I (Specialist) is responsible for providing guidance, expertise, and training to managers and supervisors in areas involving employee performance and administration of the Department of Conservation's disciplinary process.</p><p><b>

<p></p><p><i>This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person in Sacramento at least two days per week at 715 P Street MS-1806, Sacramento, CA. </i><i>Alternative work locations will not be considered.
