 Objective:
 
 
 
 Perform research, analysis, and reporting to provide timely, insight-rich compliance information that supports decision-making and continuous improvement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collect, analyze, and validate compliance data from internal/external sources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain reporting packs, dashboards, and trend analyses for divisional and sector leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft insight-driven reports highlighting root causes and recommendations, ensuring alignment with operational risk assessments conducted by Specialist &ndash; Operational Risk and Control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support regulatory change tracking and impact analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate information requests for audits/inspections; ensure data quality and timeliness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience and Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preferred 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar field/position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Law or its equivalent in a similar specialty that is suitable to the job duties.
 </li>
