 Objective:
 
 
 
 Provide operational, administrative, and analytical support to the School of PFM programs and projects, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and learners. The role focuses on scheduling and logistics, documentation and action tracking, LMS/data upkeep, communications, financial processing support, and quality reporting&mdash;enabling effective delivery of capability‑building initiatives led by the Manager and overseen by the Senior Director.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Planning and Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed activity plans, calendars, and task lists for program cohorts, workshops, and examinations/certifications; update status trackers and follow up on due actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly coordination packs (agenda, minutes, decisions, action logs) and circulate to stakeholders; chase dependencies to keep timelines on track.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support intake and admissions processes (eligibility checks, nominations, enrolment confirmations) and manage participant onboarding and communications.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Stakeholder Management &amp; Vendor Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as day‑to‑day point of contact for internal entities, training providers, and academic partners on scheduling, materials, rooms/virtual links, and attendance logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collate deliverables from vendors (frameworks, content, reports) and perform first‑level checks for completeness and format; escalate issues to the Manager for review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with invoice verification (POs, receipts, timesheets) and maintain financial tracking sheets for timely processing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Learning Technology &amp; Data
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Administer LMS enrolments, classes, and assessments; ensure data accuracy across dashboards (enrolment, retention, completion, satisfaction).
 </li>
 <li>
 Run Voice‑of‑Learner surveys, compile feedback, and log corrective actions with evidence of closure; maintain a repository of training materials and records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce routine analytics reports (attendance, outcomes, KPIs) and management summaries for governance meetings.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Communication and Outreach
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft briefs, announcements, and presentation decks; coordinate event logistics (venue, invites, media assets) and capture success stories/case studies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting and Documentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain auditable documentation (plans, minutes, registers, change logs, closure summaries) and keep RAID entries up to date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budget monitoring by updating committed/spent figures and flagging variances for the Manager&rsquo;s review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project coordination certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2&reg; Foundation) is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferable to have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar field/position.
 </li>
