<div></div><div>Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Performance Management analyst serves as a management consultant independently performing the more responsible, varied, and complex performance management tasks. Possesses a full understanding of appropriate personnel management methodologies available for managing employees within the three-phased system of discipline and coaching supervisors on appropriate implementation of such methods throughout the discipline process. Focuses on providing premier customer service to all Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) supervisors, managers, and employees.<br>

<p></p><div><b>Telework:</b> This position is currently eligible for teleworking up to one day per week and is required to report in person a minimum of four days per week. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change consistent with DHCS&rsquo;s Telework Program and Government Code sections 14200 &ndash; 14203. Telework is available to California residents, and proof of residency may be required.</div>
