Minimum Qualifications
Per pursuant to ORS 419B.021, states that any position engaged in child protective investigations and/or custody determinations must meet the educational requirements. Experience alone will not meet the minimum qualifications for those positions. Degree must be completed, not in progress.<ul><li>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license and acceptable driving record are required for this position. And</li></ul><ul><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human services or a field related to human service. Or</li><li>

Working Conditions<ul><li>
Your work will be conducted in offices, participant's homes, and other community sites.</li><li>
This position requires working a flexible schedule as a condition of employment with a normal workday of 8 hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM; however, working hours may be adjusted within a given week, to provide planned services</li><li>
This position will be required to participate in an on-call rotation for mandatory on call for child protective services.</li><li>
Frequent travel is required. Some travel may be hours away. Some travel may be in hazardous weather conditions. Travel is required, including driving to sometimes remote areas and in inclement weather conditions.</li><li>
You may interact with a wide range of people including some who have experienced trauma and may exhibit challenges in controlling their emotions.</li><li>
Walking into stressful situations that may require quick decision-making skills to ensure safety of those being serviced and own physical safety. This may also be trauma inducing.</li><li>

Summary of Duties
As a Data Analyst, you will:<ul><li>
Analyze data through compiling reports, dashboards, graphs and tables to support performance and data driven decision making.</li><li>
Organize, summarize, and present information, conclusions and recommendations to individuals and groups in writing and orally.</li><li>
Utilize approved software packages to retrieve, edit, and tabulate data from various databases and files.</li></ul><ul><li>
Produce visualizations, dashboards, and reports that support performance management; apply forecasting techniques to historical and current data to predict fiscal or program impact; presents information to display trends, patterns, and progress.</li><li>
Plan projects within OTIS and across programs to provide agency leadership with accurate and timely information that support data informed decision making.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications

Working Conditions

We are seeking a Case Management Coordinator (Office Specialist 2) to join our Albany Child Welfare team.
Summary of Duties
As a Case Management Coordinator, you will:<ul><li>
Provide support to field staff, agency staff, foster resource families, providers and the public.</li><li>
Completing and verifying data entry to ensure all information entered and uploaded into the Child Welfare OR-KIDS information system is correct.</li><li>
Process records and ensure that all work within the unit complies with state and federal laws.</li><li>
Cover all reception and phone duties as necessary within the team when needed.</li><li>
Assist with all duties relating to the fleet vehicles.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR</li><li>
An associate degree in any field; OR</li><li>
An equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul>
