<p>Under the direction of Business Systems Manager, the Analyst II is responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks requiring regular, innovative problem solving within broadly stated and general guidelines. The scope typically includes multiple DWC program areas and involves working with the Business Systems Manager to plan, develop and implement business systems solutions that are essential to the mission of the overall Division. The Business Systems unit will ensure, from a business perspective, that the various DWC program needs are met, including working in partnership with program managers and IT staff to achieve the defined goals of the Division&rsquo;s projects.

DIR monitors the administration of workers’ compensation claims and provides services to assist resolving disputes with claims for workers’ compensation benefits.
