This position will help prepare court-involved youth to be successful citizens by providing clerical and administrative support to the staff of the Regional Program Manager, the Court Service Unit and the CSU Director in the areas of budgeting, procurement, personnel, records management and employee supervision.</p>

Minimum Qualifications</b></p>

At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:

<ul><li>Working knowledge of office practices and procedures</li><li>Working knowledge of manual and automated filing systems
</li><li>Experience in data entry, typing correspondence and transcribing
</li><li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software to include Word and Excel</li><li>Knowledge of the budgetary process</li><li>Knowledge of confidentiality issues and human resources practices
</li><li>Knowledge of office management and supervision principles
</li><li>Ability to read, interpret, analyze procedures, skills in time management</li><li>Experience operating a multi-line telephone system, fax machines; copiers and printers
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to public, community service providers and staff
</li><li>Knowledge of state procurement processes
</li><li>Ability to interact with other DJJ support entities in support of the unit</li></ul></div><p><b><br>
