Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the SSA performs a variety of analytical duties within the Compliance Oversight Office. This position requires the incumbent maintain consistent and regular attendance; communicate effectively (orally and in writing) in dealing with internal and external stakeholders; develop and maintain knowledge and skill related to specific tasks, methodologies, materials and equipment; complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner; and adhere to Department policies and procedures.<br>

<p></p><ul><li>This position reports to the Allenby Building in Sacramento. A hybrid Telework schedule, consistent with the State of California's in-office requirement, may be considered with prior approval from management. The incumbent may also be required to travel throughout California as needed, with prior notice.</li><li>
The State&rsquo;s Commute Programs provide bicycle, mass transit and vanpool incentives to eligible state employees. The State&rsquo;s mass transit incentive pays 100% of the transit pass up to the IRS maximum of $325 per month in 2025.</li><li><p>
