Role:
Depop is the home of fashion resale, connecting millions of buyers and sellers across more than 150 countries and making it easy to buy and sell secondhand fashion.
You'll join a newly formed team within one of Depop's core product areas: Pricing. This team plays a critical role in the marketplace by helping sellers confidently price their items to sell faster and improve their earnings, while enabling buyers to discover great value.
Working in a cross-functional team alongside Product, Design, Backend Engineering, Machine Learning, and QA, you'll build intuitive, data-driven experiences that make pricing and negotiation feel simple, transparent, and rewarding for both buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design disciplines to shape solutions and deliver outcomes.</li><li>
Pragmatic approach to evolving technology and modernising applications incrementally.</li><li>
Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong quality culture through reviews, testing, and technical guidance.</li><li>
Ability to influence technical direction through engineering standards, design discussions, and technical leadership.</li><li>
Track record of technical leadership without a management title: setting standards, unblocking others, making architectural calls in ambiguous situations.</li></ul>
Technical Expertise:<ul><li>
Substantial experience building iOS apps in production environments in Swift, with exposure to evolving iOS versions and modular app architectures.</li><li>
Deep understanding of Swift, including memory management, concurrency (async/await, actors), and state management in complex application flows.</li><li>
Production experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.</li><li>
Experience implementing MVVM-C or similar coordination patterns with strong architectural judgement and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and balance short and long-term trade-offs.</li><li>
Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services in API-driven environments, ideally including OpenAPI-based workflows.</li><li>
Experience writing and maintaining automated tests across unit, integration, and broader application testing layers using Swift Testing and XCTest.</li></ul>
Nice to Have:<ul><li>
Experience working in modern mobile CI/CD environments (including Bitrise, GitHub Actions, and merge queue workflows).</li><li>
Familiarity with modularised iOS codebases and build-time optimisation.</li><li>

We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist to join our Insights team. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with product, engineering, and machine learning to deliver insights, drive experimentation, and shape the future of Depop&rsquo;s product ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of technical excellence and strategic impact. You will not only dive deep into data, pipelines, and experimentation frameworks, but also influence product direction, user experience, and commercial outcomes.
What You&rsquo;ll Do In The Role:
Lead analytics and technical discovery for a core product area
Partner with product, engineering and ML teams to tackle ambiguous problems where the path forward is unclear. You&rsquo;ll independently identify opportunities for analysis, develop new approaches where existing methodologies fall short and generate insights that directly shape the product and ML roadmaps.
Influence product and business strategy
Provide a strategic lens to product thinking by connecting user behaviour, marketplace dynamics and commercial outcomes. Influence prioritisation decisions at both team and company level, acting as a thought partner. Challenge assumptions and raise the quality of decision making.
Design and run experiments
Define hypotheses, implement A/B tests, and rigorously evaluate impact with deep dives and customer behaviour insights to inform roll out decisions and future product development.
Work together with other teams to enable self-serve data driven decision making
Collaborate with product, platform and data teams to ensure scalable, accurate datasets for analysis. Develop dashboards and reporting that drive awareness and actionable insights.
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets</li><li>
Proficiency in Python, with experience in advanced analytics techniques, analysing model outputs or supporting ML evaluation workflows</li><li>
Familiarity with ETL workflows and debugging data issues</li><li>
Proven experience with experimentation</li><li>
Hands-on experience with visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)</li><li>
Excellent communication skills&mdash;able to explain complex topics clearly and persuasively</li><li>

We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced, inspirational Senior Manager, Art Direction to drive the creative output across Depop&rsquo;s marketing channels and advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you&rsquo;ll help shape how Depop shows up in the world &ndash; using our brand identity to position Depop as the home of secondhand fashion and culture.
As a Senior Art Director, you&rsquo;ll define the visual heartbeat across our campaigns as well as set the palette and distinction to pull the brand to stronger, sharper stories through visuals. You&rsquo;ll drive concepts, visuals and design hands-on to push our brand&rsquo;s creative output to be better, braver and bolder.
You&rsquo;re craft obsessed and no matter the size of the project, you&rsquo;re into the details from framing to lighting to pixels. Whether it&rsquo;s a campaign, a film, a social-first idea, or a new identity expression, the details matter. The work should feel considered, distinctive, and best in class.
You bring references, inspiration, and partners and raise the creative bar across the team. You challenge briefs thoughtfully, ask the questions others don&rsquo;t and push for the version of the work that truly connects with our audience.
You have a strong point of view, elevated taste and a deep understanding of design and art direction. You lead through intention, clarity, and take real ownership of the quality of everything that you make.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Head of Creative to lead the visual direction across campaigns and content on from top to bottom of funnel, activations, social, brand partnerships and talent partnerships</li><li>
Drive concepts, design and art direction from idea to final execution, ensuring work feels polished, intentional, and impactful</li><li>
Set the visual tone for projects, guiding teams toward sharper, stronger outputs</li><li>
Shape and maintain the Depop brand identity across all platforms, making sure it&rsquo;s consistent, recognisable, and flexible enough to evolve</li><li>
Think beyond the screen: help build ideas that can live as experiences, activations, products or content ecosystems</li><li>
Mentor and support designers and art directors (full-time and freelance) within the team, providing feedback, guidance and inspiration to elevate creative output.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally within the marketing and product org, agencies and partners to ensure creative meets both strategic and creative goals</li><li>
Present work confidently to internal teams, different levels of stakeholders and external partners</li><li>

Qualifications Requirements<ul><li>
Extensive experience in creative, art-direction, graphic design in a Senior Creative role
</li><li>Strong creative vision with an understanding of marketing and digital performance channels</li><li>
Strong point of view and taste in visual storytelling with a portfolio that shows concept, craft, and execution</li><li>
Hands-on experience working on campaigns and brand design</li><li>
Able to guide teams while remaining actively involved in creative work</li><li>
Clear and confident communicator</li><li>
