 THE ROLE:
 
 
 
 A Senior, Visual Design at DEPT&reg; is a strong conceptual thinker who prioritizes storytelling to create deep emotional connections and the ability to weave brand stories into digital interaction. You will join a multidisciplinary team on a major client to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that define industry standards.
 
 
 You will drive the full end-to-end creative lifecycle from conceptual sketching and planning to high-fidelity production and prototyping across eCommerce, lifestyle, and technology and branding campaign experiences. This role requires a proactive problem solver dedicated to impeccable detail, collaboration, and ensuring client success.
 
 
 
 WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of talented people.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and produce large-scale digital ecosystems, including storytelling sites, premium eCommerce, and animated product demos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business strategy into creative execution, bringing fresh perspectives that drive measurable client results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build polished presentations in Figma/Google Docs and deliver precise, developer-ready asset kits and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Thrive in low-process environments by proactively identifying efficiencies, managing priorities, and solving problems with optimism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Navigate complex organizations and diverse stakeholder needs to deliver projects on time and on budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Balance independent judgment with team collaboration, communicating effectively across departments to align on goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail while ensuring total clarity before making decisions.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 WHAT YOU BRING:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in digital, interactive, or brand design. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design (or equivalent professional experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with prototyping (animation/motion is a strong plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of visual design, UI/UX principles, branding, and typography.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build high-quality presentations and confidently articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

 About You
 
 
 
 Are you a tech-savvy self-starter with an inexplicable need to keep everything in its place and clean? We are looking for a part-time Office Coordinator for our Denver office that can help us do just that!
 
 
 Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
 
 
 The Office Coordinator's primary responsibility is to oversee office operations and procedures while creating and cultivating a positive, engaging and psychologically safe environment where employees are heard, cared for and kept up to date on important company and office news.
 
 This is an Onsite Role.
 
 
 
 Specific responsibilities include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Office/kitchen inventory (making sure we have all of the supplies, food, etc. needed)
 </li>
 <li>
 Organization/cleaning (emptying/running the dishwasher, cleaning coffee pots and food containers as needed, keeping the office tidy)
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading local social events (arranging happy hours, office outings, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating local volunteer initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing weekly lunch order to encourage employees to utilize office
 </li>
 <li>
 Welcoming visitors and getting new employees settled in the office
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate, organize, and distribute deliveries and mail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ad hoc projects (shipping gifts/merch, decorating the office, tech troubleshooting, installation
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping a pulse on office morale and amplifying any team questions or concerns to the People team
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 The Office Coordinator will also have the opportunity to assist in greater company projects with the People team, bandwidth permitted.
 
 
 Job Requirements and Qualifications:

 1+ years administrative/executive assistant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to juggle many roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Accuracy/high attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage a budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Google Drive
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Excel would be a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
