We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team,&middot; Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the UAE or region.&middot; Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.&middot; Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.&middot; Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.&middot; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.&middot; Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.&middot; Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.&middot; Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
